Our goal is to provide you with great service.

But we can only do this with your help by letting us know:
   · When we did something right, so we can be sure to do it again.
   · And when we did something wrong, so we can change it.

We are genuinely committed to looking for ways of improving service to our residents, businesses and visitors—whether at City Hall, at our other City facilities, over the telephone or out in the community. But we can only do this if you let us know how we’re doing.
