Founded by Father Junipero Serra in 1772, San Luis Obispo is one of California’s oldest communities. The City has 44,000 residents, and is located eight miles from the Pacific Ocean, midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles at the junction of Highway 101 and scenic Highway 1.
