Watch what a 4-person ladder truck company is capable of, when it arrives on scene quickly.

The fire was “running” the attic horizontally. The goal is to “cut it off” and channel it vertically (to contain it & prevent it from spreading). The 4^th firefighter is throwing a second ladder to the roof and will then join the firefighter on the right and cut an additional hole utilizing a chain saw & a rubbish hook.

Members of engine co’s. are inside utilizing their Thermal Imaging Cameras (TIC) to locate the fire & pulling the ceiling with pike poles, so they can make an aggressive attack on the fire from below.
